Nathan Industries has been a leader in business development and construction for over 40 years. Nathan Industries is a premiere lending and construction consulting firm with a proven track record of success. We have developed an innovative methodology using proprietary tools and experienced business experts that will enable your next project to shine.

Nathan Industries was founded by Zak Nathan over 45 years ago, From humble beginnings, Mr. Nathan started painting houses while attending college. It was this hard work that eventually led him to opening up Zak's Fitness World. He was able to create an iconic name and paved the path for future fitness center concepts that have been duplicated by many still today. Using his business experience, Mr. Nathan built apartments at Trinity College in Hartford, CT. These apartments had a concept with fitness centers. This was a very innovative idea at the time. With that success, Mr. Nathan used that experience to enter into the world of sports nutrition and carried hundreds of SKU's with big box stores such as Walgreens and Walmart. He also developed the drinks 'Carbo Coolers' for the athlete and "ProTeam" for the lactose intolerant. In addition to making his mark in nutrition, Mr. Nathan started building offices, first to accommodate his own staff, then to accommodate other companies. Prudential and Wachovia were just a few of his former clients. In addition, Mr. Nathan put his stamp on the luxury condominium market with the development of the award winning Whiting Estates Governors Row in West Hartford, CT.

Continuing his successful path, Mr. Nathan teamed up with his building partner Peter D'Addeo with Commercial Services Reality and they began to develop residential and commercial projects throughout the northeast. Their boutique firm provides that personal touch to their clients with their one stop shop attitude. Time has not slowed down for this dynamic team as their second generations now work with them and continue to grow and build, leaving their mark on the construction and building industry in the present and the future.
